We have been blessed with some great weather this spring. The conditions have been very dry so far. We also had some strong winds recently that blew down some trees.
If you have trees in your garden, keep a check on them during this drier spell.
Our trees often have deep roots and should be able to tap into underground water sources.
However, if we get strong winds again, it is worth checking there are no brittle branches that could break in a gust of wind.
Don’t tackle these branches yourself as it takes a trained tree surgeon to remove them safely.
With such lovely weather, ensuring your tree is totally safe means you can enjoy the natural shade they offer from the heat of the summer sun.
